Got inspired from another sweet tutorial over at PSDTuts.com... Decided to make my own.. I took the castle photo in St Augustine awhile back, tweaked some things in Photoshop, added the sky and water....

Thanks to my sis Erika for finding this great old picture. Also, thanks mom for buying me that great camera! I remember you had to buy the flash sticks for the camera! Oh and she bought me a great fisher-price camera that i took oodles of pictures with when i was little!

Halloween Horror Nights 2007

I've been shooting for Roycom Communications for about a year on and off again, doing the freelance thing... I like freelance. I like working for myself, I'm my own boss, that's cool... it is actually possible to do.

This year I shot Halloween Horror Nights for them. I had done 2006's Halloween Horror Nights for them last year. I had a great time and those pictures came out great. You can find them here Under the Set Photography Section

I got a few great ones this year. It was a bit crowed and Universal didn't have much on the street this year, which is what I got great pictures of last year... so I was a bit disappointed. But we did get to see the Rocky Horror Picture Show's Show.. haha it was fun.

So I mostly take behind the scenes photos for Roycom Communications and I thought I'd share what a Behind the Scenes photo looks like... it's not the best, but it's what's on my computer right now so enjoy...

I was a strict vegetarian for a LONG TIME...and about 3 years ago I gave up because I was hungry and sick of the same food.. now the meat just tastes like tofu, but better...and I love my Big Macs!

oh my, oh my! It's been a while! Well, this time it wasn't my fault...it was Bloggers.

I guess I got flagged as a spam bot for some unknown reason...it'd be great if you could find anyone with any information when you're blog's blocked... it takes a week and then wa-la you're cleared and back on track... so what ever, that's life...

Lite-Bright Star Wars

About 2 months ago I bought 2 Lite-Brights, 10 pounds of colored pegs, and a few picture filler packs...one of them being the Star Wars kit with Darth Vader and company... I got all my goodies in the mail and never really had the time to do anything... so tonight on one of my "damn it, I can't sleep nights" I started watching "Clue" and decided to make one... and wa la!






and then I decided hey it's 6am, why waste the day sleeping and just stay up till tonight when I'll crash for sure and wake up and have a wonderful Turkey day with Brandy and my boys... so here's an Ewok I did while watching "The Princess Bride"..."Killer Clowns From Outer Space" wouldn't play in the computer DVD player...bummer





...ok so they are REALLY addictive and I love my movies... So here's Yoda while I was watching "The Brady Bunch Movie" sheee sha on the seeeesawww chhhindy!

Swany and Rick Travel Web Site

Swany and Rick went on a massive road trip Labor Day weekend 8.27.07.

Florida to Ohio and back, 4 days in a VW bug.

We saw everything and even got to stop a few places along the way! Mammoth Caves, Red River Gorge, WEBN Cincinnati Fireworks, and the Ohio Renaissance Festival... now that's just a few of the places we went, to get the whole story check out our website... Swany and Rick's Travel Map

I created it for fun and to add another web site to my arsenal of "hey, I did this." Site is mostly XHTML and CSS, there's a custom Flash Map using Yahoo API maps, I made it to show our various stops along the way. There's also Flash gallery to show case Swany's Photography from the trip and a bunch of other great eye candy!

So take a peek and if you'd do us a big favor and click on a few Google adds we might just get enough change to take another road trip.... and who knows where we'll end up next!
